Consultation
We begin your teeth whitening journey with a consultation in our welcoming practice. We examine your teeth and gums to make sure they are healthy and suitable for treatment, and ask you to tell us about your ideal results. We take time to explain the at-home whitening process and answer any questions.

Preparation
We take precise digital scans or impressions of your teeth so your teeth whitening trays can be created with a comfortable and snug fit. When these are ready, we show you how to apply the whitening gel and give you some advice for your treatment.

Teeth whitening at home
You carry out your teeth whitening treatment in the comfort of your own home, fitting it seamlessly into your lifestyle. You simply wear your whitening trays and specially formulated gel for a couple of hours during the day or overnight while you sleep.

After typically 2-3 weeks of teeth whitening at home, your treatment is complete! We make sure you are happy with your results and give you some aftercare advice, including information on top-up treatments to prolong your whiter smile.
